De onderstaande bronnen vormen de basis van dit dossier. Ze zijn opgehaald uit PubMed en OpenAlex (2022 tot 2026) en per thema geordend. Achter elke bron staat het bewijsniveau, zodat je in één oogopslag ziet hoe sterk een claim onderbouwd is: systematische review en meta-analyse zijn het sterkst, gevolgd door gerandomiseerde trials, daarna cohort- en cross-sectionele studies, en tot slot narratieve reviews, case reports en opinies.
